1 Depending on the complexity of the process, the conversion may be subject to

2 qmail related updates are basically free. However, when situation arises that
extra cost is associated, iBASE shall grant the approval of the client before
such purchase is made on behalf of the client.
3 The system shall be set up to send out alert messages to our engineers and
(upon request) your system administrator.
