Public opinion
There is a strong public opinion that outsourcing damages the labor market. It is not in dispute that outsourcing has a detrimental effect on individuals who face job disruption and employment insecurity as the delivery of services is transferred to the outsourcing agents. However, outsourcing brings down prices, providing greater economic benefit to all. We encourage our clients try not to dismiss large number of staff, but to better reallocate them to focus on more fruitful researches and developments of new products. We also advise our clients to let the staff understand the advantages like: as the company benefits from lower fixed cost, it will be less likely to bring large-scaled dismissal when future economic crisis comes up, etc.
Failure to realize business value
The main business criticism of outsourcing is that it fails to realize the business value that the outsourcer promised the client so an even worse quality is established. We welcome our clients to make complain when they are unsatisfied and have any problems, so far we have received no complaints and are always able to react and solve their problems immediately so to mitigate the possible loss.
